Conditional offer letters are issued within five working days of the interaction. Fee payment confirms the seat for the academic year.
What to bring when you apply
The timeline is fixed and public
Birth certificate, Aadhaar card (student and parent), last two years' report cards, transfer certificate from previous school (Classes II and above), and two passport-size photographs.
Inquiry window: 1 November 2024 – 28 February 2025. Document submission deadline: 15 March 2025. Interaction sessions: March – April 2025. Offer letters: by 30 April 2025.
All documents may be submitted as originals with self-attested photocopies, or uploaded via the inquiry form. Incomplete submissions delay review — not rejection.
Late applications are considered only if seats remain after the primary round. Applying early is the simplest way to secure a place.
